About this deal

Kapunata– a mix of cooked vegetables in a tomato base that’s similar to ratatouille or Sicilian caponata. It’s usually served as a side dish in summer, when courgettes, aubergines and tomatoes are plentiful. Following the merger, Cisk grew into Malta’s preeminent national beer. The golden yellow label with red lettering is often found anywhere alcohol is served. Almost 60% of Malta’s fresh water comes from ocean water desalination. However, the water that emerges from the tap is still slightly briny and is not ideal for beer production. This forces brewers to invest in additional reverse osmosis filtration equipment.
